You’ll play a vital part in creating a seamless, elevated experience for every client who walks through our doors.
• Own the Space – Take pride in managing our beautiful retail area, from eye-catching visual merchandising and maintaining a pristine environment to overseeing stock control and ensuring all front-of-house operations run like clockwork.
• Master the Schedule – Maximise appointment bookings, secure deposits, and keep each day, week, and month running smoothly. Your forward planning ensures our clinic flows effortlessly.
• Deliver Outstanding Customer Care – Build real connections and ensure every client feels welcomed, valued, and heard.
• Inspire Skincare Journeys – Engage with walk-in clients and confidently guide them through our skincare and treatment offerings – helping them take the first step in their transformation.
• Support the Team – Be the glue that holds the day together, acting as the go-to support for therapists and clients alike. Answer phone calls, manage enquiries, and keep our workflow seamless.
• Assist the Director – Provide organisational support to the director (details to be discussed during the interview).
