•All packages must be paid in full at the time of booking.

•All sessions must be completed within 12 months of the purchase date.
• Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.

•A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
• Missed sessions or late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited.

•Clients must complete a medical and skin assessment before commencing their first treatment.
• It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any relevant health information.

•Results vary between individuals and depend on factors such as skin type, hair type, lifestyle, and adherence to treatment schedules.
• The clinic does not guarantee specific results.

•Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by the clinic.
• The clinic is not responsible for adverse reactions or reduced results if these instructions are not followed.
