Pricing Disclosure
In line with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and AHPRA guidelines, we do not publish prices for certain cosmetic medical treatments. All prices will be provided upon consultation with a qualified practitioner. Please contact us directly to obtain up-to-date information about treatment costs.

Packages & Promotions
• Promotional offers apply only to eligible treatments and within the campaign dates.
• All complimentary or bonus sessions must be redeemed before the stated expiry date.
• Promotional offers cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other discounts.
• Treatments are subject to individual suitability, which will be assessed during consultation.

General Terms
• Bookings are essential, and cancellation policies apply.
• All treatments are performed following medical assessment and are not guaranteed suitable for every client.
• Results vary per individual; risks and aftercare will be explained during your consultation

Payment & Booking

  • All promotional treatments must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

  • Promotional pricing applies only to bookings made within the promotional period.

Refunds & Transfers

  • All packages and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise approved in writing by the clinic.

  • Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other treatments.

Expiry & Session Use

  • Treatments purchased under this promotion must be booked within 3 months of the purchase date.

  • Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the session being forfeited.

  • Repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future promotional bookings.

Consultation & Medical Clearance

  • It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all relevant medical information, including medications, allergies, or recent procedures.

  • The clinic reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if deemed unsuitable for the client’s safety.

Treatment Results

  • Results vary between individuals and are influenced by factors such as skin type, hair type, lifestyle, and consistency with treatment schedules.

  • The clinic does not guarantee specific results.

Pre- and Post-Care

  • Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by the clinic.

  • The clinic is not responsible for adverse reactions, complications, or reduced results if care instructions are not followed.

Agreement

By purchasing or booking a treatment under this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Laser Hair Removal Promotional Packages

Payment & Booking

Winback $50 Promotional Campaign

Eligibility

  • Offer is available to existing clients who have not visited Cosmetic Aesthetics Victoria since and/or before December 2024.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Offer Details

  • Eligible clients will receive $50 off their next treatment/service.
  • Minimum spend of $299 applies (if required).
  • Offer is valid for services only and excludes retail products, gift vouchers, and package deals unless otherwise stated.

Redemption

  • To redeem, the client must mention the offer at the time of booking or present promotional communication (SMS/Email/etc).
  • An appointment must be made within the promotional period, within 30 days of receiving a promotion notification.

Limitations

  • Limit of one (1) $50 discount per client during the campaign period.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may forfeit the promotional discount.

General

  • The business reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
