Laser Hair Removal Packages

Payment & Booking

•All packages must be paid in full at the time of booking.• Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Refunds & Transfers

•Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing by the clinic.

Expiry & Session Use

•All sessions must be completed within 12 months of the purchase date.• Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.

Cancellations & No-Shows

•A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.• Missed sessions or late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited.

Consultation & Medical Clearance

•Clients must complete a medical and skin assessment before commencing their first treatment.• It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any relevant health information.

Treatment Results

•Results vary between individuals and depend on factors such as skin type, hair type, lifestyle, and adherence to treatment schedules.• The clinic does not guarantee specific results.

Pre- and Post-Care

•Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by the clinic.• The clinic is not responsible for adverse reactions or reduced results if these instructions are not followed.

Agreement

•By purchasing a package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Winback $50 Promotional Campaign

Eligibility

  • Offer is available to existing clients who have not visited Cosmetic Aesthetics Victoria since and/or before December 2024.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Offer Details

  • Eligible clients will receive $50 off their next treatment/service.
  • Minimum spend of $299 applies (if required).
  • Offer is valid for services only and excludes retail products, gift vouchers, and package deals unless otherwise stated.

Redemption

  • To redeem, the client must mention the offer at the time of booking or present promotional communication (SMS/Email/etc).
  • An appointment must be made within the promotional period, within 30 days of receiving a promotion notification.

Limitations

  • Limit of one (1) $50 discount per client during the campaign period.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may forfeit the promotional discount.

General

  • The business reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Standard booking policies apply.
